Jason Baker, Ph.D.

Bio

Working at the intersection of engineering and education, Dr. Jason Baker serves in multiple roles at Regent University: Associate Provost of Academic Innovation & Design, Director of the Institute for Technology Innovation, and Professor and Senior Technology Strategist for the School of Education. He has been part of the Regent faculty since 2000.

Dr. Baker’s primary goal is to use technology to help people and to help people use technology. His research has centered on online learning and educational technology within higher education. Dr. Baker has authored and edited numerous books, chapters, and articles, and consulted with organizations regarding developing and managing online learning programs.
