Adam Williams, Ed.D.
Bio
As Vice President for Student Life & Dean of Students at Regent University, Dr. Adam Williams serves as the University’s chief student life officer, providing executive leadership for the comprehensive student experience. He oversees and supports Athletics, Campus Ministries, Student Engagement, Counseling Services, Disability Services, Housing & Residence Life, Student Conduct, Coaching & Career Services, Dining Services, and Health Services, advancing initiatives that support student engagement, retention, and holistic development across residential and online populations.
With more than 22 years of experience in higher education, Dr. Williams has provided leadership across a wide range of student life functions, including community standards, student care, crisis response, and campus life operations. He works closely with university leadership to advance Regent’s mission and to cultivate a vibrant, Christ-centered campus community.
His research focuses on redemptive adjudication and the development of restorative student conduct models that reflect biblical principles of repentance, reconciliation, and renewal.
Dr. Williams holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from Regent University, a Master of Science from Radford University, and a Bachelor of Science from Old Dominion University. He is an ordained minister through Vanguard Ministries.
