Marshall Everett
Bio
Marshall Everett is the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Regent University, where he focuses on expanding the on-campus undergraduate program and driving growth at Regent’s Virginia Beach campus.
Prior to moving to Virginia Beach, Marshall spent more than a decade in New York and New Jersey in real estate development and private equity, beginning his career in Goldman Sachs’ Whitehall Funds. He is also Co-founder and Advisor of Palingen Capital, an evergreen holding company of lower-middle-market businesses.
Marshall lives in Virginia Beach with his wife, Cally Robertson Everett (VP of Marketing and Development at the Christian Broadcasting Network) and their four children. He also serves on the Boards of the Virginia Symphony Orchestra and Virginia Beach Vision, and is a member of the CIVIC Leadership Institute’s Executive Class of 2026.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BSE from Princeton University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Higher Education Leadership at Regent. Outside of work, Marshall is happiest taking his kids to the beach, out on the boat, or skiing out West.
