
Regent University Deemed a “Great College to Work For®” 2025
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (September 19, 2025) – Regent University is being recognized as a Great College to Work For® for the 17th time, receiving top-tier “Honor Roll” status in nine of the 10 categories for 2025.
The Great College to Work For® designation is awarded annually by The Chronicle of Higher Education, a leading trade publication for academics.
The results, released today, were based on The Modern Think Higher Education Insight Survey©, which uses employee survey responses and comments, as well as workplace data and policies to measure employee satisfaction.

Demonstrating consistent institutional excellence, Regent University received top-tier recognition in nine out of 10 Honor Roll categories this year, making 2025 the sixth year that the university has earned the Honor Roll distinction. Regent was recognized in the following categories:
