Regent University Doctor of Psychology Students Accepted to the U.S. Air Force Health Professions Scholarship Program

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Nov. 12, 2025) – Two Regent University Doctor of Psychology students, Adrian Finochio and Jasmine Destine, have been awarded the highly competitive Health Professions Scholarship by the United States Air Force.

In addition to full tuition and required fees for the remainder of their doctoral studies, Finochio and Destine will also receive a generous monthly allowance for living expenses. During their time on scholarship, they will each spend time on active duty participating in specialized military training programs and clinical rotations at Air Force teaching facilities.

The distinguished Health Professions Scholarship Program will allow these students to complete their clinical training debt-free while preparing to serve the nation as commissioned officers upon graduation. Finochio and Destine’s accomplishments make them the first Regent Psy.D. students to receive this tremendous honor in the same year.
