Regent University School of Business & Leadership Hosts 2025 Research Roundtables
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Nov. 17, 2025) — On November 13-14, Regent University’s School of Business & Leadership held its 2025 Research Roundtables, a live virtual event that explored the intricate relationship between Christian business principles, leadership practices, entrepreneurship, innovation, and human flourishing.
The Research Roundtables serve as a hub for both students and business professionals to learn from seasoned scholars and leaders shaping faith-integrated practice. Within the interactive roundtables, participants have the opportunity to present or refine their business ideas and connect through extended networking to meet peers. The plenary speakers for the 2025 Research Roundtables were Dr. Jennifer Holloran, President & CEO of the American Bible Society; Dr. Matthew T. Lee, Professor of the Social Sciences and Humanities at the Institute for Studies of Religion at Baylor University; and Dr. J. Lee Whittington, Dean and Professor of Management in the Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business at the University of Dallas.
Prior to the event, participants were invited to submit abstract proposals related to 11 roundtable tracks, each led by a Research Roundtable Chair who also selected conference papers for inclusion in the proceedings. The 2025 Research Roundtable Tracks were as follows:

After the two-day event, attendees of the 2025 Research Roundtables gain access to all plenary and panel discussions to review and share, making the Roundtables an impactful and sustaining resource for attendees to invest in their personal and professional growth. Participants walk away with experience in peer collaboration, business presentation skills, and an invaluable increase of knowledge and academic resources in their respective fields.
