Regent University Wins in the 2025 Coastal Virginia Magazine Best Of Readers’ Choice Awards

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (May 15, 2025) – Regent University is featured in the Coastal Virginia Magazine Awards 2025 issue with wins in the “Best Private College/University” and “Best MBA Program or Business College” in the region.

“It is thrilling to make the list, time and time again,” said Claire Foster, Executive Vice President for Advancement & Enrollment at Regent. “We are pleased that people see the value of Regent University’s world-class education, fruitful student outcomes, and strong reputation. Our standards foster a culture of excellence to prepare our students to lead with skill and intregrtity in every sector of industry.”

Each year, Coastal Virginia Magazine asks its readers to nominate and vote for their favorite individual, group, or institution from various areas of business. Nominees with high votes are selected to represent both the southside and the peninsula. However, the nominee that gets the most votes across the region earns the Overall Gold, as the best of the best in Coastal Virginia.

Contest winners will be released in the July/August 2025 issue of Coastal Virginia Magazine.

This year, Coastal Virginia Magazine received nearly 25,000 votes to determine the 2025 class of winners. A celebration to honor the Southside victors will take place on Thursday, July 24, from 6 to 9:00 p.m. at The Founders Inn in Virginia Beach.
