As one of the top online Master of Business Administration (MBA) and graduate business programs (non-MBA) in Virginia, our graduate courses are offered in a convenient 8-week format.

Our advanced business degrees – including our M.A. and ACBSP-accredited MBA programs, and our Master of Arts leadership degrees – are designed to easily fit your schedule, with six start dates per year and the ability to complete them online or on campus. Regent acknowledges all the work that you are putting in to fulfill your vision by allowing the transfer of up to 90 credit hours.

Our Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and Doctor of Strategic Leadership programs are designed to provide you with effective solutions for today’s complex organizational and leadership challenges. These multidisciplinary terminal leadership degrees are rooted in Christian ethics with a biblical worldview, and are offered in a flexible online format with just three, four-day on-campus required residencies. The School of Business and Leadership is proud of the annual Strategic Leadership Doctoral projects and the Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership’s Dissertations as a primary example of impactful and important work from our candidates.
